AI Engineer – LLM-Powered Document Intelligence System

Expected Tech Skill:

3–6 years of experience in Python software development

Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines

Hands-on experience with: OpenAI API / HuggingFace Transformers

LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel (optional)

PyMuPDF / PDFMiner / Tika for document parsing

Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)

Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of secure API development and data privacy best practices

Nice to have the following tech skill:

Prior experience with taxation, legal, patent, or regulatory tech projects

Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning or embedding training

Have a Good communication and Time Management skills.

Experience building chat-based advisory tools or knowledge assistants

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.

Education / Preferred soft skills:

Degree: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech

Good command over English speaking/writing is desired

Ability to independently communicate with end users/team will be a big plus

Selection Process

Round 1:

15 to 30 mins interview over Video call on Zoom or Meet or in person at Office. Video must be on during the interview

Round 2:

If round 1 is cleared a practical/technical test will be conducted which will require 4 to 8 hours to finish the task. This can be done in 2 parts if 1 full day is not available. We check the coding style and the logic applied to the given task.

Round 3:

15 to 20 minutes call with management/founder of websmith solutions

Note for Interview: Candidates are requested to share at least 2 dates and 2 suitable time slots for the interviewer to call.

Working Days

5 Days working / 8.5 to 9 Hours a Day ( Saturday / Sunday Off ) .

9.30 AM to 1.30 AM / 2.30 PM to 7.00 PM

Training: 2 Times a month for the subject matter. On Saturday for 3 hours. (Optional to attend)
