Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage potential leads.

Conduct data mining to discover new lead sources using online tools and databases.
Maintain up-to-date lead activity records in Excel.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation with business goals.
Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance for strategic improvements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

Selection Process
Round 1:
15 to 30 mins interview over Video call on Zoom or Meet or in person at Office. Video must be on during the interview
Round 2:
If round 1 is cleared a practical/technical test will be conducted which will require 4 to 8 hours to finish the task. This can be done in 2 parts if 1 full day is not available. We check the coding style and the logic applied to the given task.
Round 3:
15 to 20 minutes call with management/founder of websmith solutions
Note for Interview: Candidates are requested to share at least 2 dates and 2 suitable time slots for the interviewer to call.
Working Days
5 Days working / 8.5 to 9 Hours a Day ( Saturday / Sunday Off ) .
9.30 AM to 1.30 AM / 2.30 PM to 7.00 PM
Training: 2 Times a month for the subject matter. On Saturday for 3 hours. (Optional to attend)
