Amul Tech: Software to measure connecting rod bore
Amul Tech is one of India’s leading auto component manufacturers and a major manufacturer of Connecting rod ( Core component in vehicle engine ).
Amul Tech wanted a software to measure the inner bore of the connecting rod and they wanted to measure the pressure V/s time to judge the accuracy of diameter of the internal bore.
Such software is available only with German machine provider and they wanted a custom solution build as per their need.
They were using DELTA PLC on the measuring machine and we delivered custom software that works as an import substitute for German software.
