Bhagwati Spero Cast –  Overall Equipment Efficiency Solution

Bhagwati SperoCast is a leading manufacturer of auto components and uses around 40 core shooting machines of the Susha brand.

We developed software that acquires data from PLC of the core shooting machines, transmit the data over the secured server, and delivered web application (web dashboard) to show OEE data and reports which allows the users to measure production per machine / per hour as well as to measure the efficiency of each machine and operator’s speed.
