Larsen and Tubro – Industrial IoT Solution

Larsen & Turbo is an industry giant and leading engineering company recognized globally. We work at Surat (Gujarat) plant. we worked on delivering an Industrial IoT solution wherein we were required to develop a custom desktop software solution to monitor vital parameters of a water jet cutting machine.

We delivered full-scale software to constantly monitor the condition of the water jet cutting machine and put in place the necessary infrastructure and software to communicate with the PLC of the machine

One of the key parts of such a machine is cutting the head, One major requirement was to monitor the head temperature. If the temperature of the head breaches a certain pre-defined limit then we have to generate automated alerts as per the underlying escalation matrix.

We delivered Industrial IoT solutions by communicating with PLC on the machine and delivered software to monitor all parameters.
