Sterlite Technology – Industrial IoT solution for Quality Management

Sterlite technology is one of the global leaders in Fibre optic cable manufacturing with a presence across India. We worked at their Vapi plant (Gujarat). The requirement was to develop a solution to monitor the quality of fiber optic cable. The solution should check cable quality by deriving data from sensors and Quality control machines.

We worked on a machine that measures the quality of the cables and developed custom software so that the QC department gets better insight while the batch inspection is being carried out.
