Susha Founders – Overall Equipment Efficiency Solution

Susha Founders and Engineers (SFE)  is a leading manufacturer of foundry machines. Since the year 1957 Susha Founders and Engineers are manufacturing a wide range of machines.

We worked with SFE to build an OEE platform from scratch. We developed software that acquires data from PLC of the core shooting machines, transmit the data over the secured server, and delivered web application (web dashboard) to show OEE data and reports which allows the users to measure production per machine / per hour as well as to measure the efficiency of each machine and operator’s speed.
