Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain key accounts, fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new meetings / opportunities from Directors and CXOs level.

Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our virtual gift voucher platform.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for clients.

Responsible for providing reports on lead activity, lead forecasts and maintaining CRM logs.

Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and expansion of the company’s client base.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or e-commerce sector.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, Hindi and local languages (Marathi/Gujarati) preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Selection Process

Round 1:

Initial screening interview via video call or in-person meeting, focusing on the candidate’s experience and suitability for the role.

Round 2:

Presentation of a sales pitch based on a given scenario or product demonstration.

Round 3:

Final interview with senior management to assess fit and discuss expectations.

Working Days

5 Days working / 8.5 to 9 Hours a Day ( Saturday / Sunday Off ) .

9.30 AM to 1.30 AM / 2.30 PM to 7.00 PM

Training: 2 Times a month for the subject matter. On Saturday for 3 hours. (Optional to attend)
