we worked on delivering an Industrial IoT solution wherein we were required to develop a software solution to monitor vital parameters of a water jet cutting machine.

Gujarat Intrux publicly listed company (BSE Listed) and leading foundry product manufacturer. They wanted to monitor the furnace performance, energy consumption of the furnace, measure dry run (time between unloading the furnace and reloading), and also wanted to monitor Spectro data over the mobile phone.
We developed custom hardware which we fitted with a furnace to monitor dry run of the furnace, further also developed software to monitor energy consumption by working with Smart meter and developed an android application which provides Spectro reading using notification.
This solution helped them to save a great amount on the energy bill and also offered them real-time insight into what is going on in terms of efficient operations on the floor shop.
