We delivered full-scale software to constantly monitor the condition of the water jet cutting machine and put in place the necessary infrastructure and software to communicate with the PLC of the machine One of the key parts of such a machine is cutting the head, One major requirement was to monitor the head temperature. If the temperature of the head breach a certain pre-defined limit then we have to generate automated alerts as per the underlying escalation matrix.
